The Paradise Surf

Our smoke & Pet free condo has just recently had a Coastal theme makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes new tile floors, cabinets and granite countertops throughout, new lighting fixtures.  This second-floor condo offers a direct Atlantic Ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. You can enjoy a margarita on the balcony while taking in an awesome ocean view, or kick back with a great cup of coffee and watch a fantastic sunrise.

Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds.  There are 2 full baths, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD/VCR and stereo in the living area.

No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, Kids toys, blender, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, washer, dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even an in-unit electronic safe, a Pack-N-Play Porta crib for the really young ones. This beautiful 3-bedroom, smoke and pet free, direct ocean front corner condo has spectacular ocean views.  The 4th floor offers a panoramic beach front view from the 300 sq ft tiled 44 ft wrap around balcony. There are tile floors though out the condo, and granite counter tops in both kitchen and bathrooms.  We provide you with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, drink cooler for the beach plus more.  Blow dryers, ironing board and iron, full size washer and dryer, all linens and bath towels.

The master bedroom and 3rd bedroom each has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and we have a twin roll-away bed as well, plus a pack and play for the little ones.  The living room has two spacious seating areas, and 2 leather sofas. There are 2 full baths, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, we even have a Margaritaville margarita machine, 4 TVs, and a BOSE wave radio/CD player and Electronic Hotel Safe.
