Located in Sand Castles, this condo is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family time. The view from the living space is very expansive and elevated by the wall of mirrors, giving the feel of a 360 degrees beach view. And the Florida decor throughout the unit only adds to the relaxed vacation vibe. You have no choice but to relax and lean into that chill feel! It is located in an area that is quiet because it is not so close to the pier, but definitely not so quiet as to feel deserted. There was even a lifeguard on duty while we were there. We enjoyed swimming and using the beach gear provided by our generous host. The unit is well appointed with everything we needed, and there are grocery stores close by. In addition, the restaurants in the area have wonderful fresh seafood. The location of this unit provides easy access to the major attractions, and we even watched a rocket launch from our balcony! We definitely recommend staying here and are already planning our return visit!

This condo is amazing! Beachfront with a wrap around porch that offers great views, plenty of sunshine and very comfortable porch furniture. The indoor furniture is also very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, cooking utensils and storage containers. Beach towels, chairs and other equipment are provided plus a full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex! I’ve rented for years from VRBO in many states and countries. This is the nicest rental I’ve seen. The owners have thought of everything to make it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this condo if you’re in the Cocoa Beach area.

We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. Check in was very simple and the condo was well stocked with towels, dishes and beach toys. We found it to be very clean and the location was very convenient. We really wanted a place on the beach with a great review and this place delivered. We would definitely stay here again. Communication back and forth between Keith and I was very good.

Immaculate beachfront property

This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach. We are a family of 5. This condo is beachfront and has amazing views. I was so happy to see how clean and nicely decorated it was. The owner supplied all of the things you need for a beach vacation. Towels, linens, small appliances and kitchen supplies are all there so no need to pack them. Keith is wonderful at answering any questions you may have. The washer and dryer in the unit are a must have for families. The condo development is well maintained and clean as well. Overall we would absolutely recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

We are return renters to this location and also to this condo. The overall property is very well kept and offers a great pool and direct access to the beach. The unit is clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Towels, sheets, and beach supplies are also stocked. Keith is readily available if needed and in the previous years of visiting, we have not had reason to call! Check in and check out are super easy. This is a first floor condo which makes it very easy to access the pool, beach, and to load/unload your groceries. Bring your clothes, bring your groceries, and enjoy. So, all in all, another great vacation that was seriously needed for my family. Thank you again Keith and see ya next year.

Loved our stay here, three generations and plenty of room. Well stocked and a beautiful large deck. Enjoyed mornings and evenings out there, such a view! The grandchildren loved finding shells and had fun in the pool as well. For not knowing the area at all, it was perfect!

Wonderfull condo with great views
This condo is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for your stay in Cocoa Beach. We loved watching the sunrise from the huge balcony overlooking the beach. The condo was clean and spacious and a joy to relax in. Keith is a fantastic manager. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns you may have. I would not hesitate to rent from him in the future.

Fantastic Week!
We had a spectacular week at the beach at this condo. Keith was terrific, always available, and checked in with us to make sure all was good and in order. The condo was immaculate and well-cared for. The view is unbelievable from the corner and the balcony is where we lived so much of the time! Furniture very comfortable. Great amenities with beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Waves were great most of the week as well and weather awesome no matter what was happening inland. We would love to return.

This first floor condo was everything promised & more ! Steps away from the pool & very close to the beautiful beach. The owner even provided beach chairs, towels & sand buckets for the kids to use. CONDO AT SANDCASTLE
This condo was in excellent condition, clean with updated bathrooms & kitchen. Great location in Cocoa Beach. We have rented other condo spaces in the past nine years, and this unit is superior. As someone who flies and does not check bags, it was nice to see shampoo, conditioner and shower gel already there. The owner was very organized and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends & family.

Wonderful stay at Sandcastles
Beautiful condo, very tastefully decorated with a bit of a Mexican flare. The owner of the condo called the day we got in to make sure that all went well and to let us know that we could contact him if we needed anything. Condo was spacious, very clean and fresh smelling and contained many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry and dish detergent/dishwasher pucks. Cocoa Beach is a very beautiful and tranquil place that we have visited for the third time and we will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks so much.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, full view of ocean
Very pleased with rental. Pool, and whirlpool a plus after long day. Easy walk to many restaurants. Short drive to zoo. A real surprise how nice it was to spend day at zoo. Apt clean and appliances and everything just as pictured. Keith keeps up with questions quickly and no surprises. Beach clean and patrolled.

Beach front wonder
A perfect condo in an ideal location. It was my family’s first time in Cocoa Beach. What a wonderful place. Beach was so clean not too crowded and water was great! We have 16 year old triplet boys and they brought a friend with them. The space was great even with the 6 of us. Condo was clean and all the amenities were perfect. Beds were so comfortable and showers were great. We had a relaxing time and there are so many things to do that are close by.

Great two week stay in Florida
Wonderful unit. Nicely furnished and updated. We really loved the easy access to the beach. Previously we had stayed in private homes situated away from the beach which meant we had to hunt around for beach access each day. Not here. You’re only a couple of minutes along the boardwalk from your unit to the beach. Nice. The landscaping of the property is immaculate and very well maintained. Had a small problem with the wi-fi upon arrival. We called Keith and he had the management team come in immediately and replace the modem/router with a new one. Very much appreciated. And if you don’t like the beach you can always use the heated pool and hot tub on the property.

Great Winter Getaway
My spouse, sister and her spouse just spent a very enjoyable week in Cocoa Beach at Keith’s Sandcastle condo. The location was right on the beach and had everything we needed as well as things we didn’t expect like the shampoo and soap dispensers in both bathrooms. The condo was clean and fully equipped to meet all of our needs. Keith was quick to respond to my emails and called upon our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely book with Keith again.

Perfect Condo
This was the perfect condo. Big, clean, with everything you need. The views of sunset and sunrise over the ocean were spectacular. You can see all the way to Cape Kennedy and was even able to see a space launch from the condo balcony. Keith was extremely pleasant to deal with, answered all our questions, and was very prompt in getting back to any email and phone calls. I would highly recommend this condo.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to call home for the week we stayed at Cocoa Beach. The wrap-around balcony had the best view possible of the beautiful shoreline. Just What the Doctor Ordered
This unit was fantastic! We enjoyed all the homey details of this fully equipped condo on the beach. Even though the complex is as old as I am, you wouldn’t know it. Our unit had new floors, granite counter tops and new cabinetry throughout. Lovely decor and fresh breezy air all day and all night. I spent most of my vacation enjoying the sounds of the ocean from the panoramic terrace. While we were there, we even watched a SpaceX launch right from the unit’s balcony! Amazing. The pool and common areas were clean and well kept. We liked the short walk to the beach and easy access to the main drag and Publix. The property manager was polite and efficient, and the payment, check-in, and checkout events were totally painless. Overall, it was the perfect Florida condo experience. I recommend this VRBO property to anyone who wants to enjoy the sun, surf, sand in comfort.

Fantastic Condo!
An excellent property! Extremely clean and well-maintained, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, very spacious, and wonderful wrap-around porch overlooking the ocean. We especially loved the big dining room table for family meals. Keith was wonderful to work with…everything was handled as expected and communications were very clear. We went with our 3 grown children and their spouses and truly loved our week’s vacation. The condo is even prettier than the pictures depict. We would highly recommend this rental property and hope to return!

Wonderful stay
We rented a condo at the Sandcastles Resort and it was amazing! The unit decor was really fitting for Cocoa Beach and was colorful and vibrant. There were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which made it much more convenient staying there with a large group over a hotel. It was a great time, and Keith was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

just recently stayed in this condo could not ask for anything better it looked exactly like the pictures could not beat location, the owner called to see if everything was ok. Everything you need was there to enjoy the beach from chairs to umbrella and all other equipment. Furnishings in the condo were excellent did not need to bring anything but food.

Best Cocoa Beach Condo Rental Ever
My wife and I love the Cocoa Beach area and come to vacation or just get away here often…each time trying a new place. After staying in Keith’s condo this past week we won’t be trying different places anymore. Keith is a great host and his unit is top shelf. The balcony is a full ocean view and this building is right up to the dunes so you can see up and down the entire coastline…it does not get any better! As the photos show, it’s also beautifully decorated and has everything you’ll need for a great stay. Top notch kitchen with lots of nice surprises: waffle iron, ninja blender, crock pot, etc, etc. Tons of electrical outlets for plugging in all our gadgets, quality flat screen TVs, and plenty of beach toys and chairs….and even a welcome gift was there on our arrival :o) I can’t imagine how you would improve this place! We will be back!

Absolutely Gorgeous
The condo is immaculate, up to date and has every amenity you could ever want. The best part is the awesome ocean view. If I wasn’t on the beach I was on the patio over looking the beach. Renting, entry and exit were as simply as any rental could ever be. I would rent here again over and over.

Very pleased with condo. Condo clean and comfortable felt like home. Pool and grounds very well kept. Keith checked on us via email on day of arrival, took care of all our questions. View from balcony great. Saw two rocket launches, Dolphins almost every day and a baby sea turtle. Highly recommend, can’t wait for next year!

Great family getaway
My family and I traveled to Cocoa Beach for the 1st time and opted to try a Condo as opposed to a hotel room. I must say this was the best decision we could have made. Our condo was steps away from the beach and ocean and more than that, we felt as home the entire time. I would definitely recommend and would revisit myself in the future.

First Cocoa Beach trip.
Our first trip to Cocoa Beach was great. We usually head to the panhandle for summer vacation but decided to go to Cocoa so my son could learn to surf. This condo met all our needs. On the water and quite large inside, we had a great stay and will consider returning to both the area and to this property. Keyless entry made things easy for everyone to come and go as they pleased and no lost keys. A closet full of sand pales, boogie boards and chairs let us keep many of our items in the SUV.

Condo was very clean and stock with everything we could ever need
We stayed at this cocoa beach condo for a family reunion in June 2015. My brother has rented a condo at Sandcastles for years – so we decided it would be nice to be in the same complex. My family could not believe how beautiful this condo was: completely updated, gorgeous furniture, wonderful décor and to have everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were top quality. The fully stocked closet of beach chairs and toys, lots of beach towels, and all the supplies you might think of (including shampoo, laundry soap, and even sugar in the kitchen.) We definitely plan to come back again!

Beautiful Condo
I am a local resident, but I rented this condo for 4 nights while I had some guests visiting and our stay in this condo far exceeded all expectation. The owner of this property was so accommodating and kind. He walked me though every step of the process and was always available to answer any questions I had. The condo itself was very clean, well kept and we felt very much at home. The homeowner is amazing and I will definitely be keeping this rental in mind next time I have guests in town.

Amazing condo
Let me start by saying that I am a hotel snob. I am particular about things being dirty, old, etc. I have very high expectations and this condo far exceeded them! I have stayed in many oceanfront condos in my 35 years and this was the nicest one that I have ever rented. No expense was spared on the updates and upgrades. Every little detail was thought out, including beach accessories, kitchen items and plenty of bath towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra linens available. The kitchen had everything you would need for any type of meal. It was exceptionally clean. I felt at home during the week, which never happens! The owner, Keith, was amazing. He was organized, kind, and even called on the weekend to make sure that we got in okay! (Who actually does that in this day and age?!) They even left a nice gift for us to welcome us to their condo. We are hoping to return in a couple years and will definitely rent this one again! I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could!

Great family to rent from.
My family visited Cocoa Beach and was unable to stay in Mr. McAullife’s condos with great disappointment, however he provided my son-in-law with access to a beach wheelchair much to our appreciation. We could not have got him to the beach without it. He and his wife were there at the same time we were and were happy to help us out. We have never met nicer people than they are and would be happy to rent from them in the future if possible. They did not have to help us at all and we are very much appreciative to them and will always remember the great deed they did for us. We will always be forever thankful to Keith and Ann. Stunning retreat that takes your breath away
Our family of 7 ranging in age from 3 to 80 stepped into this absolutely immaculate and gorgeous retreat. The staff was incredible and willing to meet our every need. The blender was broke and it was replaced within hours. We would highly recommend the condo to everyone but please save room for us because we will be back! The view is spectacular and seen from every angle in the living room. The door from the master bedroom to the balcony was perfect for my husband and I. The pictures from the website barely do any justice to this retreat.

Paradise on the Space Coast
We had so much fun at Sandcastles Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo. The views were great. Sitting on the lanai watching dolphins, surfers, kite flyers, wind surfers, birds and the boats was a wonderful way to enjoy our trip. The beach is just steps away and the waves are perfect for boogy boarding and surfing. The pool was very nice. Only an hour drive to the Disney resorts and Universal Studios where we spent a couple days in the middle of our trip. It was nice to wake up and open the door from the master to the wrap around lanai to listen to the ocean every morning and the kids slept great in the back bedrooms. Thanks so much!

Sandcastles Oceanfront
This past March we stayed at a Sandcastles Oceanfront condo and absolutely loved this rental. My husband and I and our son have fallen in love with the Cocoa Beach area and have been visiting there for the last 5 years or more and this is a rental we would definitely return to. It’s close enough to the action but far enough from it for relaxation away from the congestion. The rental itself was clean and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable. The people we rented from were very responsive to our questions and any needs we had before and during our stay. The other people staying at this location were very friendly. The beach was great! We were warmly welcomed with complimentary T-shirts and frisbee and the condo was stocked with all sorts of beach toys and accessories. We can not wait to go back. Our son has autism and we always take his special needs into consideration when looking to rent and I think he wants to move in there! Great place and great time!

Perfect vacation!
We rented this unit when our parents celebrated their wedding anniversary. We needed a large unit for all of the immediate family and it was perfect! Everything you could possibly need for your vacation was provided. No need to bring anything but your clothes. It was like being at home but with much prettier views! We didn’t know it at the time but the restaurant where we held the party was located next door (an added bonus). We had coffee on the porch every morning to watch the sun rise and cocktails in the evening when the sun set. Amazing views! You can’t get any closer to the beach. Everything was very convenient to the condo. We will definitely be returning. We were all extremely happy. I would also recommend Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster (210 N. Orlando Ave) for a casual seafood place.

Cocoa Beach Condo
We just got back from Spring Break and rented this condo. We were very pleased with the location from the beach and could hear the ocean waves every night. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We very much liked having a washer and dryer in the condo for convenience. We ate lunch on the balcony every day enjoying the beach view. The owners checked on us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed.

Fabulous condo on the beach
The pictures depicted for this condo is exactly how this condo is decorated. Eventhough the building is older it is well maintained and the unit has recently undergone a complete reno. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. We occupied the unit with our son and his wife and never felt cramped for space. The owner has everything you need for the beach (umbrella, chairs and toys for the kids). Any issues were quickly resolved. Would recommend to anyone looking for a winter holiday in Cocoa Beach.

A great condo in Cocoa Beach!
Spent our first time in the wonderful ocean front condo in Cocoa Beach, my family loved being steps from the beach, going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of ocean waves, it was close to everything you needed and well equipped from sand toys for the kids to everything we needed to feel at home for our week there. The owners were responsive to any questions we had. Will be coming back to stay again!

Great Holiday
Wow Really pleased with the condo.It was very clean,well equipped ,beautiful view,quiet,comfortable,and just super in every way for a great winter get away for a month. Wonderful stay!
My family and I had a fantastic stay during Christmas week. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for our get-a-way. Everything was as displayed in both pictures and videos. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the beach chairs/equipment that was provided several days at the beach. Spectacular View !!
Nothing beats watching the sunrise over the ocean. The view from the balcony is awesome. This condo is well kept, clean, and beautifully decorated. You won’t be disappointed. And, the 2 king sized beds were a definite plus. We will be back!

Family Time
Our week at Sandcastles in August was awesome. The resort is steps from a great beach and the pool/spa are spotless and well-maintained. We enjoyed Kennedy Space Center, fishing (charter, surf casting, intracoastal), surfing at the pier, beachcombing. Our dining tip – Rusty’s Seafood & Oyster Bar in Port Canaveral with lights out clam chowder. Great sunsets. Would love to hang out on Rusty’s deck with a Bloody Mary and watch a KSC launch! We’ll be back.

Fun in Cocoa Beach for sure
This condo was perfect for my family. The condo is exactly how it’s described. It is clean, spacious and the kitchen has every appliance you need. Besides traveling one day to Universal, my family spent the entire week at the beach. The condo has it’s own private beach access. I would recommend this property for sure. Keith was a pleasure to work with and the whole process went very smoothly.

Sandcastles
We were given very thorough instructions on how to get into the building. Once we arrived at the room it was very very clean and nicely decorated! Great side view of the ocean!! Everything was there to help you prepare meals also they had beach toys/beach chairs and beach umbrella along with tennis items to play tennis. Also a kids booster seat/toys …..many amenities to many to mention! We had a great stay!!

Sandcastles June 2014
We have just come back from a fantastic 2 week holiday at Sandcastles, Cocoa Beach. The condo was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could need for your holiday and really was a home from home. The Sandcastles complex is very clean and well maintained. The pool is excellent and the beach is literally a stone’s throw away. We had a fabulous time and have no hesitation in recommending this holiday property for your next holiday!

Our Condo Experience
We visited Coco Beach, Fl. for a week and was very happy with our condo rental at Sandcastles. The location was close to everything including the beach!!! Our condo accommedated us with all our needs (loved having a washer/dryer in the unit). Mostly appreciated was the easibilty of arranging our stay with the owner. They were very informative and helpful thoughout the process. We want to make our experience something we do every year and will definitly stay here again.

Super Clean and Comfortable with Great Views!
What a great condo! Everything was perfect for us and very clean! Kitchen was well-stocked and had everything you needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and up-to-date and the mattresses were very comfortable especially after a day at the beach! We enjoyed the balcony oceanfront views especially at sunrise. We had the best vacation ever at Cocoa Beach and Sand Castles! The beach is very clean and family-oriented. We enjoyed Ron Jon’s and dinner at the Lobster Shanty, highly recommend this restaurant if you like seafood. They also had great drink specials! Disney was great fun especially for the kids. We also enjoyed kayaking and the free use of the Fitness Center down the road. They were very friendly! Thanks again for a very memorable vacation! The owner of this unit is very helpful and goes the extra mile for his guests!

Fun at Sandcastles!
This is our second stay at Sandcastles in the past several years and we had so much fun! The condo sits right on the beach- beach access couldn’t be easier. We had everything we needed in the condo including umbrellas (a must in the hot sun), body boards, beach chairs and towels! The condo was in pristine shape. Everything your family needs. 1300 square feet was plenty of room with two teens and no crowding. The furnishings were wonderful and the beds super comfortable! We will be back next year with extended family in tow!

Florida Vacation-Cocoa Beach
My family, (husband, sister & me) stayed @ this condo for 3 nights on our recent Florida vacation. It was in immaculate condition; very clean, well supplied with everything you may need for a day at the beach, complete kitchen for cooking meals, and tastefully decorated. The owner was very accommodating & prompt in reply’s to questions, directions to condo & how to get in. Location is very close to Kennedy Space Center, less than 2 hrs. to Epcot & about 3 hrs. from the gulf coast. (We went to Homassasa to snorkel with Manatees!!). GREAT location, beautiful stay, nice area of town!

Great Florida Vacation
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, even better than the pictures. Everything we needed for a stress fee, relaxing vacation was provided. Keith was always available to answer any questions or give advice on local restaurants and attractions. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and loved the fresh ocean breeze. EXCELLENT CONDO!

We have been going to Cocoa Beach for five years and renting a condo for one week. This is by far the best condo we have ever had the privilege of staying at. It was better than any five star hotel and the view was amazing! The photos don’t even do it justice. The condo has every amenity and all top of the line décor, appliances, furnishings and an unbelievable view. Great Family or Friends Location and Condo
Our family had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the better part of a week, and the short story is – it’s a great condo. Most importantly, everything listed in the description was accurate, the place was spotless clean and our contact was very receptive to our needs throughout the rental process. Perhaps the most compelling part of our recommendation is that we’re planning a return trip to the same location later this year. Short comments: – Very close/on the beach. This unit was about 30 feet from the sand and could be seen from the balcony. – Very quiet location, all the tenants were well behaved and welcoming. – Parking was a bit of a walk, but nothing crazy. – Bedrooms and bathrooms were all as described. – Great communication with the owner throughout.

Cocoa Beach vacation.
My family has rented this condo for the second time to enjoy this part of Florida. We found the rental process to be very easy and concise from the start. Keith was a pleasure to deal with and did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. We found the unit to be very well maintained and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The furniture is comfortable and the beds were great after a hard day as a tourist or beach bum! The amenities of this complex are very well suited for enjoyment of beach and pool. We found it a perfect location for all the “tourist traps” ( Disney,Orlando,Space Centre, etc.). Good restaurants and services nearby. All of my family agree that this is a great place for a respite from a long cold winter! Hope to be back again!

Fabulous 4th floor ocean front condo
This condo was every bit and more than what we expected regarding the clean and well maintained Key West motif, the fabulous ocean front view and the modern appliances. The owner went overboard to make our stay perfect including a surprise welcome gift. He made us feel more like guests than renters. We felt right at home.

Bright Colored Decor and Personable Owner
I gave this 2BR/2BA condo a 5-Star Rating – why? For several reasons. First, the owner, Keith, was very informative, helpful and friendly to deal with. He telephoned us at our home, before we left, to give us pertinent information on the condo’s elevator code, cipher door lock code, FREE Wi-Fi password, etc. A couple of hours after we’d arrived, Keith called to ask if we had any problems settling in. Then, when we were back home, we got an email asking our input on how our stay could be improved. Rare to find an owner as accommodating as that!
