The Caribbean / Mexican Cocoa Beach

Our smoke-free Cocoa Beach condo has just recently had a Caribbean-Mexican style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes new tile-floors, cabinets and granite counter-tops throughout, new lighting fixtures.  The 6th floor offers Oceanfront Vacation Rentals an with an Awesome Side Ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months.

Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, Unlimited Phone Access to U.S. & Canada, Cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD/VCR & Stereo in the living area with access to Netflix and a Video tape library with over 75 titles.

No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, blender, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, washer, dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even an in-unit electronic safe, a Pack-N-Play porta crib for the really young ones, And a full Set of Golf clubs to hit the greens with.
